We recently changed our logo and I've tried to change to our new email signature, but Outlook strips text formatting (other than bold) out as soon as I paste, and there are no formatting functionalities available. I've included a side-by-side screenshot (identifying details blacked out) of what my signature SHOULD look like (as pasted into the body of an email) and what it DOES look like (in the signatures editor)—note that there is no menu allowing me to edit formatting in the signature window, which used to be an option.
