The embedded Google Earth view will never be supported on the Mac version since the Google Earth Plug-in does not recognise the web browser that we use inside LINKPlanner. Also, Google are stopping support for the Google Earth API later in the year so we will be removing this feature from the Windows version of LINKPlanner. When we remove the embedded Google Earth map from the Windows version, we will review the mapping capability inside LINKPlanner and attempt to reintroduce the embedded map in the Mac version.

For now, you can export your project to Google Earth and copy/paste sites from Google Earth to LINKPlanner.
