Last week Outlook for Mac (v16.9) suddenly became unresponsive after downloading a series of new emails, showing an error message - 'Microsoft Outlook isn't responding right now. Do you want to wait, or quit?' Restarting didn't resolve the issue so I created a new Test Profile, and the application appears to work fine using the new profile.
