Quicbooks Online Vs Quickbooks For Mac
I've done some searching nothing seems fairly recent or relevant, perhaps its my search criteria anyways, I'm wondering about how well quickbooks for the mac stacks up against its PC brother. I'll be assuming the treasurer position at my church and they use quickbooks (for the pc) and while I could use my VMware environment to run it, I'd probably like to see if its viable to use the Mac version. I'll get Periodical Time Machine backups, better user experience (I guess) and overall I prefer osx. With that said, I'm leary to give up functionality that I'll need to execute my position. Anyone have any opinions, thoughts or suggestions?
I also want to know about QB for Mac, specifically the recent 2011 upgrade. My accountant wants me to use QB because it makes it easier for him and he thinks it will be easy for me also. Excel spreadsheet tutorial for mac. Fortunately, I have never used accounting software before so there will be no data transfer issues. (I hear that's a big problem with QB for Mac.) But I also hear from online reviews that QB for Mac generally sucks, and there's a lot of anger against Intuit. Can anyone who actually uses Quickbooks 2011 for their small business please comment on it?

BTW my accounting needs are very simple. Google chrome my search browser is always trovi and i cant change it for mac download. Hoping for help, thanks.
