Rated 3 out of 5 by twinsoniclab from Fun to Pass (waste) the Time Another of this developers cookie-cutter on-up-one-down solitaire games. If you have one, skip this and play it again. There is nothing to them to set them apart, other than the background scenes, cards, and the game name. There is NO mystery, no updates on any investigation by 'Inspector Magic.' The game is also sold (actually free) as Detective Solitaire Inspector Magic and the Man Without a Face, which certainly sounds like a cool mystery!

But, alas, nothing comes of it. The usual on-up-one-down play. Mac os dmg file for oracle virtualbox free. Uncover the gold cards and the hand is won, even if cards remain on the board. Some cards gain coins. Buy the extras like jokers or mulligans. You must meet a minimum score to move on.

If you want a higher score, you can replay. It plays fast and is quite fun when there's nothing else going on, or time spent waiting for dinner to cook! I wouldn't pay for it though. Smart control for mac. Rated 3 out of 5 by pennmom36 from DID I SOLVE THE CRIME?

WHAT CRIME WAS COMMITTED? This is the first game in the Detective Solitaire Inspector Magic series and it appears that the graphics have improved since the last solitaire game offered by this dev. If you're ready for a fantastic whodunit, crime-solving, solitaire game with an interesting plot, this is not it. I played the entire demo and zipped through probably 15 levels, and not once did I receive even a tiny hint related to the crime, or anything thing else pertaining to the committed crime and/or storyline other than seeing pictures on some of the cards. I also didn't receive any of the above mentioned 'achievements' that contain clues, I passed all the demo levels on the first attempt, I played chains wicked-fast, super-slow, I had cards remaining (because all of their games have cards remaining) I played all the cards, nada, nothing I did triggered an achievement, nor did I see anything within the game that indicated it even had achievement trophies available. You can choose from 9 Crime-themed card backs, and 3 face card font styles. This is a Higher/Lower style Solitaire game where the only goal is to remove all of the Gold Cards.

Once the gold cards have been collected, you will earn the maximum amount of points and the game ends even if other regular cards remain. If you remove all gold cards you'll get a perfect score and the points of that level are added to the next level similar to bowling scores. You must earn the required amount of points to unlock the next location, there are 12 Locations and each location has 10 levels.

You can play in Newbie Mode which allows you to replay any level or Professional Mode which only allows you to play the entire 10 level pack. Some of the cards have a round blue gem, if removed they reward you with either +499 points, a Joker, a Shuffle or Mulligan (undo) and you can buy Jokers, Shuffles, and Mulligans within the Shop with the points you have earned. Although I was impressed with the graphics of this game, everything else is exactly the same as all of the hundreds of other solitaire games by this particular dev, always has been always will be. I think I would pass out from excitement if they offered a game with the option to continue playing the level after the required gold cards were removed! Rated 2 out of 5 by CyndiLouWho2 from No story, a truly boring game This developer simply changes the name and the theme of it's solitaire games.
